These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the letitdrop mobile app, website at letitdrop.app, and related services (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The Service is operated by Edgaras Masilionis, an individual based in Vilnius, Lithuania, European Union (“letitdrop”, “we”, “us”). You can reach us at support@letitdrop.app for any questions about these Terms.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement and that you can form a binding contract with us.
Authentication is handled by our identity provider, Auth0 (a service of Okta). You can sign in with an email and password, or with Google or Apple. Your credentials are managed by Auth0 and, where you use them, these sign-in providers — we never store your password. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at support@letitdrop.app if you believe your account has been compromised.
letitdrop helps you discover festivals, concerts, and club shows across Asia, follow artists and lineups, mark events you’re interested in or attending, plan with checklists, connect with other attendees, and take part in event communities. Event, artist, and lineup information is compiled from public sources and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. We do not sell tickets — ticketing and event links point to third-party sites that we do not control and are not responsible for. Always confirm dates, lineups, and prices with the official organiser before making plans or purchases.
The Service includes community features such as profiles, event chats, reviews, friend connections, and photo albums. When using these features you agree not to:
You can block other users and report content or behaviour that breaks these rules. We may remove content and suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
You keep ownership of the content you create — your profile details, messages, reviews, and photos (“Your Content”). By posting Your Content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, and display it for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. This licence ends when you delete Your Content or your account, except for copies that other users have already received (such as chat messages) or that we must retain to comply with the law. You are responsible for Your Content and confirm you have the rights to post it.
The Service, including its software, design, and the letitdrop name and logo, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a personal, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Service for its intended purpose. Names, images, and information about artists, festivals, and venues belong to their respective owners.
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis and is still in active development. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and accuracy of event or artist information. We do not guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, letitdrop will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your reliance on event information, third-party ticketing sites, or interactions with other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including under mandatory EU consumer protection rules.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or if we need to for legal or security reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (such as content licences already granted, disclaimers, and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your personal data, and our Cookie Policy explains how we use cookies and similar technologies. Both form part of these Terms.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania and applicable European Union law, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. If you are a consumer in the EU, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
